Cant-idates have instant credibility with voters. Because Cant-idates aren't trying to win, folks assume they aren't lying to gain votes. That means Cant-idates can carry messages about democracy in a way that no one else can.

How we lose well

Train Cant-idates to be community messengers. We'll give them the very best social media, communication, and messaging skills. 

Message innovation. Democratic messaging sucks. It's inauthentic and sounds like a mishmash of focus grouped words.  We continuously run message tests to identify:

• what works

• who it works for 

• what doesn't work (failure is a sign that you're pushing the boundaries)
