Return Policy

All merchandise is made to order specifically for you when your purchase is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to a change of mind.

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photos showing the problem

Upon review, we may provide a replacement item or refund at no additional cost to you. There is no need to return damaged or defective items unless specifically requested.

 

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the best resolution.

## Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
